TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = HANDLING TIME + SHIPPING TIME

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

HANDLING TIME

The handling time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1–3 business days to process your order. Once we’ve processed it, we can then ship it.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York Time). Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day. Any orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. This ensures timely preparation and smooth delivery of all orders.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. Manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
  • What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 90% of your payment to you.
  • Incorrect address details and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. You will also receive a message on your phone number from the courier service.

It can take a few days after the order placement.

IMPORT DUTIES, TARIFFS & TAXES

Our product prices do not include any import duties, tariffs, or local taxes.

If you’re in the USA (or any country that charges import fees), your local customs office or the delivery carrier may collect these charges when your order arrives.

Any import duties, tariffs, or taxes that apply are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid at the time of delivery.

These fees are set by your country’s customs authorities. We don’t control them and cannot estimate or include them in our prices.
