RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Leather Hood Polo, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are made and fulfilled with care, we accept returns and exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If your product is defective, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY

We accept returns exclusively in cases where the product you received is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preference
  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering mistakes

RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

If your item is defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  •  If the item is confirmed to be defective or damaged, return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
  •  If the item is not defective, it will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

REFUNDS

After the defective item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES (DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY)

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

If eligible, you may choose one of the following:

  • A replacement of the same item
  • A full refund

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or any non-defective reasons.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items that are not defective are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Examples include:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of style/color
  • Items without proof of defect
